• All  final sales/special items  cannot be returned for exchange or refunds.

• For all other items to be eligible for an exchange as described below, the merchandise must be returned unworn with tags intact. Please note that exchange is only available for online purchases.

• Only accept the damage items to be exchange. e.g. defective, tint or wrong order.

• Returns are accepted within 10 days from the shipped date.

• The goods will fully check in a good condition before delivery.

• Please note BRANDI SHOP do not accept refund. Only accept exchange if received the wrong order or any damage goods through delivery process.

• All order will be confirmed through E-mail within 48 hours

• Once the payment is received, it will takes about 2-5 business days for deliver

• All Damage items need to be returned within 10 days from noticed day.
